Innovative Campus Design Snags Green-Building Award
Industry Organization: ASHRAE
www.greenerbuildings.com, January 2004

"The design features a raised floor system to allow power and telecommunication cords to be easily accessible from any area of the room. This allows flexibility in room layout and creates a clean appearance and a safer environment. To make use of the raised floor and to eliminate ductwork in the classrooms, an underfloor air distribution system was used for heating and cooling."

The Air Down There
Industry Organization: NAIOP
NAIOP's Development Magazine, January 2003

“Say goodbye to conventional overhead ventilation systems — air circulation has taken on a whole new look and feel. With features that include temperatures that are better regulated than with conventional systems, individual control and improved air quality — not to mention installation and operating cost savings — underfloor air distribution seemingly resolves many of the issues that tenants have with ventilation systems."
