With an objective of creating a sustainable structure that integrates inspiring architecture with advanced HVAC systems, the Kelley Engineering Center became the first academic engineering building in the country to receive a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design gold rating.
Victor Valley College Advanced Technology Center
The main feature of the Advanced Technology Center is a computer mall that runs the full length of the building. This open mall area has the capability of individual group instruction and is equipped with laptop docking stations and voice, video and data wireless service, utilizing Tate's underfloor wire and cable solution.
Bhupesh Parikh Health Sciences and Technology Building
Not only does the Bhupesh Parikh Health Sciences and Technology Building encompass everything a Nursing program requires, it also has “hidden” benefits in its architecture. The design team decided to use a raised floor with low finished floor height and modular wire and cable throughout the building.
Kroon Hall
In order to bring together its different programs, Yale’s project team has created its greenest building yet using a two-pronged design approach: first, minimize the building’s energy needs through environmentally sensitive design, then design for renewable and alternative energy sources.
N. Arizona University-ARD

the need for an environmentally economic & efficient workspace
when designing new administrative offices.

The Queen's University Gordon Hall student administration office building is an example of what can be achieved when transforming an old heritage building with outdated interior infrastructure into an updated fully flexible work space.
