Independent petroleum refiner and marketer Tesoro Corporation has cemented its commitment to environmentally sound operations with a new LEED-Silver corporate headquarters. The campus is part of a new master-planned office park developed by Patrinely Group, Houston.

As NavarroLowrey set about executing their plan for EcoPlex, they did so mindful of the tenants that would eventually occupy the new space. Goals for efficiency and sustainability were established to meet owner as well as tenant expectations.

Each Intellicenter features raised flooring with underfloor air, wire and cable.

Webcor was asked by the developer to analyze the project design. A raised floor plenum was incorporated into the concrete frame in order to accommodate an underfloor distribution system.
