The on-line course hosted by AEC Daily provides information on the benefits of using an access floor to create a more efficient service delivery plenum for HVAC, power, and voice/data cabling. The presentation explains the benefits of UFSD in comparison to traditional overhead construction. These benefits include: first costs, operational costs, flexibility for change, indoor comfort, productivity and other green advantages which make UFSD the increasingly common choice for commercial office construction.
